Who we are
A different type of employment lawyer
We are a group of very experienced employment lawyers from top firms who have chosen a different path. Since 2003 our goal has been to make a real difference in our clients’ workplaces.
Most of the time our focus is simple: improving communication and building workplace relationships. In this way the sort of problems that we have spent many years litigating and arguing over can be avoided.
Without being messianic or preachy, we are animated and enthused about what we do (and how we do it). We listen. We are genuinely interested.
