Created in 2003, we are a values driven business. It is important to us that everyone we work with understands this. All of our decision making should adhere to our four founding values. So, for example, if we did not think that a project would make a positive difference in a workplace, we wouldn’t get involved in it. Box tickers beware!

We also understand that work is only one of the elements of the lives of our associates, employees, founders and clients. We were established to ensure that we can meet our clients' needs and expectations whilst ensuring that those working with us can develop the ideal balance between their work and competing priorities in their lives.
