Diane has worked in the City as a generalist in HR for 17 years. During her career she has worked in all areas of Human Resources including Training & Development and Compensation and Benefits.
As a Global Head of HR for a business division she was responsible for planning, organising and implementing a wide variety of global HR initiatives. As part of her UK-based duties she has had extensive experience of handling grievance and disciplinary issues and investigations.
Diane has a BA degree in Economics from the University of Stirling and a Diploma in Personnel Management and Development.
