Gabriella qualified as a solicitor in 1996. Before joining byrne dean as an associate, she worked as an employment law specialist, spending seven years with the Employment & Pensions team at Charles Russell LLP, the last two years as a partner.
Gabriella has extensive experience of advising on all aspects of UK employment law and has handled a wide range of discrimination and misconduct disputes, acting for both employers and employees.
On leaving private practice Gabriella chose to focus on legal training and joined the byrne dean team in 2007. She has a successful training style which is clearly directed at being interactive and non-legalistic. Gabriella is able to draw on her broad experience and readily uses this knowledge to form and enrich her approach to education and awareness training.
