Jennie Wade is an accredited mediator and employment lawyer. She regularly mediates commercial and workplace disputes including partnership, contract, restrictive covenant, severance, discrimination and equal pay disputes.
Jennie was instrumental in the establishment of the first panel of specialist workplace mediators at In Place of Strife. Jennie has practised as a partner and advocate with an international law firm and has been passionate about dispute resolution in the workplace since the late eighties.
She was invited to participate in the Gibbons review and actively lobbied for the repeal of the Dispute Resolution Regulations. Jennie has regularly provided training in all aspects of workplace dispute resolution, including the design of workplace mediation projects.
