Liz has worked for ten years as an organisational development and change consultant. She helps clients to create the cultural and behavioural changes needed to address shifts in their market, customer and employee demands and to achieve their key business objectives.

As someone who lives in France and frequently works across Europe (and beyond), Liz was an obvious person to work alongside Paul Saunders in developing our cross–cultural capabilities.

Having worked in both external consulting roles and in an internal role, as Strategic Change Manager at Vodafone UK, she has a track record of delivering cultural and behavioural transformation in a wide range of industry sectors. She works at individual, team and organisational levels and her expertise encompasses cultural diagnosis, employee engagement, training, change management, strategic communication, one-to-one coaching and individual and team development.

Liz has a BA in Law and Social and Political Science from Cambridge University and an MSc in Organisational Behaviour. She is also a qualified Myers Briggs practitioner.
