Paul has over 20 years' experience working with a wide range of international blue chip and public sector organizations to leverage the potential of their cultural diversity for competitive advantage. He has lived in six different countries and works in many more, giving him first-hand experience of the challenges of working cross-culturally.

Paul works at all levels within organisations, training, facilitating and coaching. Using his broad set of skills, he works with clients to develop strategies, frameworks and tools which will enable cross-cultural issues to be tackled and resolved both quickly and pragmatically.
He has a first degree in French and German and an MBA. He is an Associate Lecturer on the Open University's international MBA programme and is currently researching the challenge of creative problem solving in multicultural teams. In addition, Paul is an active member of SIETAR (Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research).
