Tamsin qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and worked as an employment lawyer in the market leading employment law practice at Simmons & Simmons until 2002. Whilst at Simmons Tamsin regularly worked with the Employment Law Training Team. From 2002 - 2008 Tamsin has worked as an employment lawyer (in both support and direct client facing roles) with Burges Salmon.
As well as being extremely experienced in providing legal advice predominantly to employers and handling litigation, Tamsin has significant expertise in delivering the sort of innovative training products upon which byrne dean has built its reputation.
Tamsin has been a valued associate of byrne dean since its formation and took up a position as an employed Director in February 2008.
