Victoria qualified as a solicitor in 1992. She has worked as a litigator in a City law firm and as in-house counsel in the insurance, industrial and electronic communications sectors for large multi-national companies.
In each of her in-house roles she has had prime responsibility for employment law issues, including handling all employment disputes, obtaining High Court injunctions where necessary, preparing employment documentation, handling investigations into harassment allegations and ensuring compliance with correct procedures.
Since setting up byrne dean in 2003, Victoria's principal areas of focus are managing our client relationships and running all operational aspects of our business.
