Victoria qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and has joined us direct from the market leading employment law team at Simmons & Simmons. Here she was a highly respected senior associate with 9 years' experience advising leading employers on a wide range of employment issues and disputes, and ways to avoid litigation.
Victoria has conducted and advised on numerous investigations into allegations of misconduct and discrimination and handled a wide range of claims in the Employment Tribunal and High Court. She also has extensive experience in assisting witnesses to give evidence including witness training.
Victoria's extensive experience of litigious disputes in the workplace underpins her approach to training and education. She is particularly interested in analyzing where "things go wrong" and providing practical guidance for delegates so that they can help to avoid disputes arising in the future and play a fundamental role in changing behaviour at work.
