Managing globally - a 2.5 to 3 hour session for senior managers and leaders focusing on how to develop excellent multi-cultural teams and influence decision makers from different backgrounds. We examine research based national 'default' behaviours, explore what frequently 'gets in the way' of effective cross-cultural working and consider how to overcome these barriers and create effective global working. This is a highly practical session run by a cross cultural associate.
Working globally - a 60 minute session for all employees usually run in conjunction with the manager/leader sessions ensuring that the basic principles are understood by all team members.
