
Managing within the law - a half day or extended half day session for the management team incorporating all of the messages from Managing with respect but including a number of more detailed case studies that enable managers to understand the risks that they run in areas such as the giving of references, the making of binding statements, working time and stress, the management of poor performing and absent employees and potential harassment complaints.
Managing Internationally within the law - an intense half-day session for managers who manage/influence teams and workers in countries where they don’t know much about the legal system and/or approach to HR issues. Rather than seeking to provide too much detailed information, the session is interactive and focuses on key principles. One's view of this area is, of course, strongly influenced by the country in which you first managed and/or where you 'grew up'.
