Managing for performance - a 90 minute to 2 hour session for line managers focusing on the role of performance and expectation management in creating the desired working environment. Typically co-run by a legal and a behavioural associate, this session equips participants with the processes and strategies for preparing for and dealing with appraisal interviews and performance discussions with under-performing employees.

Delivering difficult HR messages - typically a 3 hour session in which line managers through preparation, hands-on practice, observation and debrief get the opportunity of improving their skills and increasing their confidence in a selection of situations of your choosing. Managing poor performance, frequent sickness absence, flexible work requests etc.
