Working with respect (challenging behaviour) - a one hour session for all employees stressing that everyone is responsible for creating the right environment and that this responsibility may translate into an obligation to change behaviour, to challenge others' behaviour or to support colleagues. Interactive and engaging, it uses simple case studies to stimulate discussion and ground the messages in day-to-day reality.

Managing with respect - a 90 minute to 2 hour session for managers stressing the importance that they have in setting the tone and creating the working environment through their own behaviour and decision making. We explore transparency of decision making in relation to recruitment, promotion and pay. There is a strong 'risk' tone and we use accessible and relevant case studies.
