Witness Training - In the days before an appearance at Employment Tribunal (or court) one of our experienced legal practitioners will work with the team of potential witnesses to help prepare them for their role. We go over the roles of the key participants including, of course, the witnesses and give each potential witness the oppurtunity of being cross-examined on a real life situation.
The performance is recorded and the delegate has an invaluable debrief into how he or she performed (with the aid of the video).
Skills sessions for HR teams - we frequently run sessions such as 'handling grievances', 'investigation training' or 'mediation principles' either stand alone or in a series of bi-monthly sessions.
