At byrne dean, we recognise that workplace disputes have many complex causes. In particularly sensitive cases, it may be necessary to bring in someone independent to interview the parties and any witnesses.
We can provide a highly experienced individual to undertake this task, who will typically be legally qualified (although not in a legal advisory capacity) to ascertain and report to you on what has actually happened.

Where appropriate, we can follow this up with early reconciliation, by which one of our facilitators applies mediation principles to effect a resolution between the parties. We can also follow it up with specific management coaching, in the form of one-to-one sessions with the parties.
