Diversity and inclusion

Image of Paul SaundersWhen individuals feel included and valued for who they are, their organisation can benefit massively.  Our work in this area is about unlocking that potential force in workplaces.  Given our backgrounds, it’s also about recognising the negative and destructive power of people not feeling included and valued. 

Creating an environment in which every individual, whoever they are, is valued, respected and supported, has always been a central part of our message.

It is important that the people we work with recognise the powerful impact on performance, morale, productivity and achievement that such feelings can have. 

Having worked for many years handling workplace problems, we also think that it is important that any work in this area recognises the negative and destructive power of exclusion, of people not feeling valued. 

We work with and alongside many of the leading lights in the world of diversity and inclusion to develop that message further.  Three of our associates have undertaken intensive accreditation with the US firm JHoward & Associates (part of the Novations Group) to become licensed to facilitate their inclusion modules.  This work has given us an insight into the way in which discrimination claims should be viewed and informs much of our work.
