We are not the sort of lawyers who elevate the importance of the law, who view it as sacrosanct. If we did, we wouldn’t be doing this job! We have worked for many years alongside HR and ER clients and colleagues and provided day-to-day support to them.
For us the law and regulation are very much the context in which we work.
We are looking beyond the process, looking to improve communication between individuals and their bosses.
How can the legal principles and the processes that have been established be used to improve that communication and to ensure solutions?
It is our experience that practical and commercial solutions arise when the relationship between individuals and their bosses is made the principal focus of activity.
