Jacky Lewis

image of Jacky LewisJacky is an experienced mediator and mediation tutor. She has worked in conflict situations of every sort from entrenched court cases to partnership and employment disputes. Historically Jacky has been lead mediator in a number of our early interventions with City based clients.

She is regularly retained through the Official Solicitor to mediate family disputes. She is an associate member of the Civil Mediation Council, mediation associate of MTVM, Property Law UK, and a founder member of the Independent Mediators Group. She holds accreditation as an external CPD training points provider for both the Solicitors’ Regulatory Authority and the the Bar Standards Board.

Jacky delivers in-house courses for many City law firms and corporate organisations  and has taught for BPP and BLS law schools. She has her own training partnership. She writes for the Law Society Gazette, Family Law, Better Business, The Lawyer, The Trainee and others. Jacky has holds an MA, AdvDipExPsych, is UKCP Reg, she is an accredited mediator and supervisor.

Jacky has chaired two Jordans’ Family Law conferences on ‘Mediation and Collaborative Law’ and has been a key mediation speaker at the Property Litigators’ conference.  She has also been a recent key-speaker at a legal risk-awareness seminar at Brighton University. She has lectured to Sheffield University Medical School on Mediation techniques.
