Workplace behaviour

Experience has shown us very clearly that it is commonly the same behaviours that bring about dispute and disharmony in the workplace:

Presentation grievances aren't workingOur instinct, therefore, is that workplaces can be improved if these behaviours can be understood and possibly adapted.

Our intuitive understanding of workplace behaviour has been developed over years of each individual associate handling disputes, exploring ways of resolving such disputes, talking to groups and individuals about their attitudes in these areas (sometimes in formal research projects, sometimes anecdotally).  What we think sets us apart from others is that we have made a point of analysing what we hear; we are passionate about bringing about change in workplaces, about making a difference.

We have created some very accessible ideas and models to help people to see for themselves what they should do more of, less of, stop doing or start doing should they want to bring about change in their workplace.

Through using careful, non-confrontational questioning it’s also possible to get people to reflect on their attitudes and behaviours in relation to particular subjects that are the current cultural focus within organisations; flexible working and the way in which grievances are viewed and handled are two obvious areas.
