Victoria Byrne
Co-founder of byrne·dean in 2003, Victoria worked mainly as a commercial lawyer in-house and now oversees our operations.
Matt Dean
Co-founder of byrne·dean in 2003, Matt has overall responsibility for our client work. A uniquely experienced facilitator, Matt has trained, coached and mentored in 21 different countries.
Siobhan Elliott
A key member of the associate team since 2005, Siobhan is a very experienced employment lawyer including as Legal Director at MCI Worldcom who now regularly works as a mediator.
Jenny Harrison
Jenny joined the team in 2010. She is an employment lawyer with broad experience, gained at Mayer Brown International's market leading London Employment Group and as In-House Employment Lawyer at B&Q Plc's head office.
Tamsin James
A very experienced employment lawyer at Simmons & Simmons and Burgess Salmon, Tamsin worked with byrne·dean in 2003/4 and returned in 2008.
Jane Kissack
A very experienced employment lawyer whose roles have included principal in-house advisor at UBS in London. Jane worked closely with Matt to establish the project and become a member of the Executive Team in 2009.
Jacky Lewis
A massively experienced mediator and mediation trainer, Jacky’s background is psychotherapy and counselling. Has worked with byrne·dean since 2006.
Victoria Lewis
Joined the team in 2005 following nine years at market leading practice Simmons & Simmons. Victoria’s experience is often used in our investigation work.

With over 25 years experience as an HR Practitioner and consultant, Diane was Global Head of HR for two major business divisions.
