Diane Springham

Diane is a senior HR consultant with more than 25 years experience covering all areas of HR, most recently her focus has been within Employee Relations and Learning and Development.

As Global Head of HR for two major business divisions she was responsible for planning, organising and implementing a wide variety of global HR initiatives. As part of her UK-based duties she had extensive experience of handling grievance and disciplinary issues and investigations at all levels within an organisation. 

During her career she has been involved in setting up and growing new businesses, the strategic implications of merging companies, the development and implementation of restructuring and change management programmes and handling mass redundancy through company closure.
