Our people

Gabriella Wright

Gabriella qualified as a solicitor in 1996.  Before joining byrne·dean as an associate, she worked as an employment law specialist, spending seven years with the  Employment & Pensions team at Charles Russell LLP, the last two years as a partner.

Gabriella has extensive experience of advising on UK employment law and has handled a wide range of workplace discrimination and misconduct disputes, acting for both employers and employees.

On leaving private practice Gabriella chose to focus on legal training and joined the byrne·dean team in 2007. Gabriella’s training style is interactive and non–legalistic, delivering the key messages through practical, accessible examples. Gabriella is able to draw on her broad experience and readily uses this knowledge to form and enrich her approach to education and awareness training.

Whilst working in private practice Gabriella was recommended as a leader in employment law by Chambers Legal Directory.
