Gwenllian Williams
Gwenllian started her career in academia achieving a Ph.D in Psychology in 1990. She career moved into business consulting in 1993 where she trained as a business psychologist and was chartered in 1996. Gwenllian delivers the full scope of business psychology services including selection processes, selection assessment, development programmes, top team development and change management. She also works as an executive coach delivering one to one support and development through focussed, practical sessions.
Gwenllian also has a specific interest in organisational stress and has worked with a range of businesses to develop awareness, policies and stress management interventions.
In the area of training Gwenllian has been named trainer of the year by a national organisation of learning and development professionals. Her approach to training is to deliver pragmatic advice, challenging ideas and common sense designed to inspire delegates to raise their game. She believes training should be sharp, focused and commercial. Her firm belief is that training should make a difference to the business and not just serve as a tick-box exercise
Gwenllian regularly delivers talks and conference seminars and is published in a range of journals.
