Jenny Harrison

Jenny qualified as a solicitor in 2002.  Before joining byrne·dean, she worked as an employment lawyer at the London office of Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw, advising C ity and international businesses on the full range of employment issues and handling complex and high value litigation.

Jenny joined byrne·dean from the head office of B&Q Plc, where she was an in-house employment lawyer.  She was responsible for advising on day to day employment relations issues, managing a high volume of employment tribunal cases and working in partnership with her HR colleagues to devise and implement policy and people change strategy across the business. Prior to this, she spent a year working as a business and legal English language trainer in Spain.

Jenny is firmly committed to the prevention and early resolution of workplace issues.  She uses the insights gained through her advisory, in-house and training experience to inform her approach to facilitation.  Her style is non-legalistic and interactive; encouraging discussion and provoking reflection on how difficult workplace issues arise and providing practical guidance on how to navigate through them proactively and with awareness.
