Liz Stanley
Liz is a member of our Executive Team. She has worked since 1995 as an organisational development and change consultant. She helps clients to create the cultural and behavioural changes needed to address shifts in their market, customer and employee demands and to achieve their key business objectives.
Liz has extensive experience working with large multinational corporations, government and banks.
Having worked in both external consulting roles and in an internal role, as Strategic Change Manager at Vodafone UK, she has a track record of delivering cultural and behavioural change in a wide range of industry sectors. She works at individual, team and organisational levels and her expertise encompasses cultural diagnosis, employee engagement, training, change management and team development. She is also a qualified Myers Briggs practitioner and uses this in individual and team development.
