Tamsin James
Tamsin qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and worked as an employment lawyer in the market leading employment law practice at Simmons & Simmons until 2002. Whilst at Simmons Tamsin regularly worked with the Employment Law Training Team. From 2003 to 2008 Tamsin worked as an employment lawyer (in both support and direct client facing roles) with Burges Salmon.
Tamsin’s experience has been in both the private and the public sectors, her public sector experience being mainly focussed in the education field.
As well as being an extremely experienced litigator and adviser to employers in a variety of different sectors, Tamsin has significant expertise in delivering the sort of innovative training products upon which byrne·dean has built its reputation. Tamsin has been a valued associate of byrne·dean since its formation and took up an employed position in February 2008. Tamsin is also an accredited mediator.
