Victoria Byrne, Founder

Victoria qualified as a solicitor in 1992. She has worked as a litigator in a City law firm and as in house counsel in the insurance, industrial and electronic communications sectors for large multi-national companies.

In each of her in house roles she has had prime responsibility for employment law issues, including handling disputes, obtaining High Court injunctions and handling investigations into harassment allegations.

Victoria has extensive experience of a large variety of commercial transactions including company sales, mergers, and managing intellectual property rights on an international basis.

Victoria is dedicated to ensuring that byrne·dean operates in a straight forward, ethical and truly professional manner.  byrne·dean was created to give its clients the best possible client service and Victoria’s focus is therefore on maintaining the highest standards to deliver that service.

Since setting up byrne·dean in 2003, Victoria's principal areas of focus are managing our client relationships and running all operational aspects of our business.
