What we offer
Training
Our distinctive approach to training and awareness raising has been honed over the last decade: "don't mention the law", do more in less time, truly engage delegates: get people thinking.
Coaching
One to one with individuals whose behaviour needs attention (risk coaching) or group sessions with teams suffering difficulties, we can be at our most effective. We give people space to reflect, we ask for evidence.
Workplace mediation
(early reconciliation)
Interventions using mediation and conflict resolution principles flexibly and simultaneously as an alternative to the traditional grievance process. They require flexibility and real workplace expertise. They can pay real dividends.
Investigations
When you need to find out what has happened, quickly. We’ll provide someone with real workplace expertise, probably an experienced employment lawyer, to interview those involved and review relevant documents.
A potential partner for employment law teams
When we set up we wanted to focus on some of the non-core stuff that employment lawyers may get asked to do. We don't provide advice. We have developed some excellent, mutually beneficial relationships with like minded teams.
Strategic HR support
Increasingly the teams that we work with are asking whether we can provide support on bespoke HR projects, perhaps where there is limited HR resource in-house. We have a great team and great connections, we can probably help.
E-resources
Our e-resources are being developed to work alongside our face-to-face training and awareness raising. A carefully designed module incapsulating what we have learnt in a decade of face-to-face work can be very useful.
