Strategic HR support

Exercises involving major change (such as mergers, reorganisations and large-scale redundancies) frequently require a level of HR support that cannot be provided from within the organisation.  We are regularly approached by clients looking for support on such projects.

We are extremely well connected within the HR community and able to put together a team of very experienced individuals (who we will have worked with on such projects in the past).  Any team will typically operate under the project management of one of our employed team (of qualified and experienced employment lawyers).  We will not provide legal advice in any situation but we are able to ensure that the procedures are being properly followed.  In this way risks are understood and minimised where possible. 

 Many clients have found that a discussion with us about the manner in which the project should be undertaken clarifies a number of issues.  Adaptations to the approach to be taken are frequently made at that stage.
