Behaviour at work
Our reputation in this area has been built through interventions with all staff groups that examine behaviour in the workplace generally.
Statistically, our most popular products in this area are:
Working with Respect and Challenging Behaviour
We regularly engage large audiences (of anything from 20 to 100 people) in short sessions that emphasise that every individual is responsible for creating the environment in which they work. The intervention is at its most powerful if the whole audience in an area or a business attends the same session(s).
These sessions typically last an hour or an hour and a half. They start people thinking about the subject matter and provide simple tools and a language to help participants to think about what they need to do more of, less of, stop doing or start doing if the environment is going to be one in which everyone can thrive.
At the centre of the session is one accessible, memorable model that requires everyone to reflect on aspects of their own behaviour. We use relevant, real case studies, we get the audience talking to each other.
Subsequently we frequently hear that the language has been adopted, that people in an organisation do start to challenge behaviour more.
Culture change at work
Increasingly we are being asked to work, typically with management groups, with the objective of changing the sort of conversations that take place on particular topics. Topics such as flexible working or performance management are good examples.
