Managing internationally within the law
Increasingly our clients’ line managers manage teams or influence and affect individuals in many different locations. It is important for these managers to understand something about the way in which employment regulation and dispute resolution work in the various countries in which they operate.

Using accessible models and a case study approach, we have created a session that captures the interactive essence of our UK/domestic sessions while giving international managers useful tools and knowledge. The session does not overburden delegates with the detail of each country’s approach although, if need be, we do have a working knowledge of a number of systems. Delegates learn at a conceptual level how these issues are faced in different locations and importantly how this will mean that people from such locations (whether they are their peers, team members or bosses) are likely to view employment relations issues.
