Ellie Herriot

Ellie is passionate about developing awareness and behaviours which allow employees and organisations to reach their full potential. Ellie is an astute and enthusiastic facilitator who draws on her broad career experience and numerous practical examples to ensure participants engage fully and leave sessions with new ideas and behaviours to take back to their workplace.

Ellie worked as a solicitor at Norton Rose and Olswang before moving in house to Barclays. She has experience of the full remit of employment law matters and has worked closely with ER and HR on the people agenda across a large number of jurisdictions. Ellie has developed and delivered numerous training sessions for client and staff on a broad range of issues.

Ellie joined Byrne Dean from the University of Cambridge where her work in HR included developing dignity at work training and leading on the people aspects of developing significant new scientific institutes. Ellie has also spent time teaching law at secondary school level empowering young people with the practical skills they need to succeed in the world.
