Project Description

Graham Browning
As Head of Resolution, l lead a team of experts who resolve tricky workplace people issues. As a facilitator I love giving people the tools they need to create healthy and inclusive workplaces where issues are spotted early and addressed well.
I was an employment lawyer for over 20 years and dealt with 1000s of tricky situations. My experience has spanned City legal, crisis management, compliance, front line HR, ER, policy, behaviour/culture change and reorganisations/redundancies. A combined legal, HR and coaching career has been fantastic – it has given me a perspective you cannot get any other way. I also led an Employee Relations and HR Legal team with a tough remit, so I know how crucial – and difficult – it is to maintain performance, engagement and positivity in hard times.
I’m proud to be part of byrne∙dean and to lead our Resolution team. It’s a unique combination – you will find outstanding lawyers with careers acting for both organisations and individuals (as well as a judge), as well as professionals with deep experience of mediation, HR, ER, change and leadership. It’s truly powerful to combine this with byrne∙dean’s world-class training and wellbeing insights.
