Project Description

Hilary Cordery

I am an experienced employment lawyer and trainer having worked for many years as part of a leading Employment team with global law firm Baker McKenzie. I have led training sessions for managers, HR/ER professionals and in-house employment lawyers, and have spoken at / chaired online webinars, round-table think tank discussions for senior individuals and much larger client seminars. Having spent most of my career to date advising on the risks and liabilities of employment law issues, I am delighted and feel privileged to be working as a facilitator at byrne∙dean where I am able to focus much more on positive engagement and the nuances of human interaction at work. As an organisation that promotes “kinder, fairer, more productive workplaces”, byrne∙dean feels like home to me. In my personal life I have a passion for all things theatre and spend a great deal of my time acting/directing with my local theatre company. Wherever possible, I love to bring something of my passion for theatre to the sessions I lead.
