I joined byrne·dean in December 2019 as a Team Assistant. Coming from a responsible business background, it was really important to me that I worked for a company that does good day-to-day. After learning more about what byrne·dean offered; helping businesses create kinder, fairer, more productive workplaces – I knew this was a role I would be passionate about.

As an Operations Assistant, my responsibilities are managing logistics – ensuring the facilitators and clients have all the correct information, assisting in travel booking, providing all round office support to the byrne·dean team and working on any ad hoc projects and tasks.
