I am an Assoicate in our Strategy team, specialising in Analytics and the communication of data. I have over 15 years’ experience working in Data Science, helping organisations to better understand their customers, products and employees, and become more data driven.
I have always been passionate about making data more meaningful, accessible and unambiguous, and thus frequently find myself in the translator space bridging the technical and commercial. This forms the backbone of my own consulting work, where I work with organisations in a coaching and training capacity to help embed best practice around data visualisation and communication skills.
Using data in ethically sound ways has always been important to me and it is a pleasure to now work with byrne·dean on projects relating to D&I and improving the employee experience.
