Principal Consultant

I care about building happy and productive organisations. Organisational culture is the heartbeat of every organisation. It is never static. It takes many years to build, yet takes seconds to destroy. I have a Masters in Organisational and Social Psychology from LSE, practiced Employment law in a leading US law firm, and spent two years at a global tech firm leading on internal investigations relating to HR issues such as discrimination, harassment, bullying and professional integrity.

However, one of my favourite tools to assess organisational culture and remove workplace issues prior to them escalating into an investigation or litigation is conducting culture surveys. Using my employment law knowledge and investigator skillset I can dig deep and ascertain the strengths and weaknesses of the culture within different teams, leading to actionable recommendations based on these results.

I had the unique opportunity to be the Lead Senior Associate for five years on an extremely high profile and high stakes human rights case, which had government and investigatory elements. Human rights work remains close to my heart, and I am involved in several charities. Prior to my career in law, I worked in strategy consultancy. All these experiences have given me a truly unique perspective on how to address and solve employment issues.
