I joined byrne·dean in September 2023 with over 16 years’ experience in the world of workplace dynamics and EDI. My career started in HR consultancy and executive recruitment with a strong focus of getting more women into board level positions. I then moved onto the holistic EDI space where I worked as programme manager on a wide range of large, complex training, leadership and consultancy projects across sectors. Over the years I moved more into an operational role, eventually leading the operations of an EDI consultancy with a strong focus on creating excellence across workplace culture, people, processes, impact and client service delivery.
My main focus at byrne·dean will be to lead the operational excellence from the practical and strategic point of view – how we do things internally and externally to create value and impact for all involved and bringing the best of byrne·dean to our clients.
Joining byrne·dean for me was the natural next step in my career. The strong values and purpose-led approach is what matters to me. Being part of something that creates positive change for people at workplaces today and tomorrow.
