Jasmine van Loggerenberg

Principal Consultant

Striving to make things better has always been one of my core values, it is a value that has been my main driver throughout my career as both a Facilitator and an Employment Law Specialist Lawyer. The world of work and employment should be a place where everyone should have the opportunity to do their best, to succeed and to feel safe and valued no matter their background, their position or the challenges they may experience both in life and at work. At byrne·dean we strive to make workplaces kinder, fairer, more inclusive and productive. I feel privileged and proud to be part of the byrne·dean team and part of their mission to achieve this.

Through byrne·dean, I deliver workplace training to managers both in the UK and internationally on a wide variety of subjects such as workplace culture, managing conflict, respect and inclusion. The training sessions are facilitated both virtually and in-house, using the bespoke materials that byrne·dean develop with each of our clients to meet their particular aims.

As well as being a Facilitator for byrne·dean I am also a Solicitor with over 17 years of Specialist Employment and Discrimination Law experience. Through byrne·dean I use my legal experience to deliver effective and practical training to organisations, managers and employees using my knowledge of employment law and my experience of the human dynamic so often behind conflicts in the workplace.

Much of our work at byrne·dean is centred around human interaction and responses, acknowledging that we are all different. For me, diversity is very important and has always been a factor in my life. I was born in the UK to Indian parents. I grew up in the UK and spent a few years of my early twenties splitting my time between the UK, Copenhagen and Stockholm. Since 2019 I have lived in Hamburg in Germany where I currently reside. My husband is South African and so my children have Indian, English and South African heritage. My background, my experience of living in different countries and my experience of different cultures and communities has enriched my own personal experience of diversity. I bring this to my training when working with my clients both in the UK and Internationally.

I very much look forward to working with you and your organisation helping to make the world of work a brighter, happier and productive place for us now and for the generations to come.
