I joined byrne·dean in 2019 to lead our marketing and business development, with a focus on how clients experience the byrne·dean brand across every interaction.
My career has been spent in professional services, including eight years in law, working predominantly across communications and brand. Working in high-performing environments gave me a front row seat to how reputation is created day to day – through leadership decisions, behavioural norms and the signals organisations send about what really matters. It also showed me how much scope there is to shape those environments intentionally, and the consequences when that does not happen.
What drew me to byrne·dean was the opportunity to build and evolve a brand focused on improving those environments. What has kept me here is working with people I genuinely admire – exceptionally bright, principled, and committed to having a positive and lasting impact on the working world.
