I joined byrne·dean in 2019 to lead marketing and business development, with a focus on how clients experience the brand across every interaction.
I've spent two decades in professional services, working across communications and brand. That length of time in high-performing environments shows you how reputation, internal and external, is built or eroded through leadership decisions, behavioural norms, and the signals organisations send about what they actually value, whether they intend to or not. It also showed me how much intentional leadership stands out – and how much room there still is for it.
That's what drew me to byrne·dean. My role is to make sure the people who need that work can find it, understand it, and trust it – and that every experience of the brand reflects what the work actually stands for.
I'm still here because the people are exceptional, and the work feels more relevant than ever.
