I joined byrne·dean in 2019 to lead our brand, marketing and business development – making sure clients experience who we are and what we stand for, not just in the room but everywhere they meet us.
Before that, I spent over a decade in professional services – including eight years in law – working across communications, brand and BD. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for the link between reputation, values and how people behave at work.
What drew me to byrne·dean was the sense of purpose – a chance to do work that matters, with people who care. I feel lucky every day to be part of a team that’s not only talented, but genuinely committed to making work better.
