Zoë Lagadec

Principal Consultant

I have been advising employers and employees on all aspects of employment law and resolving workplace disputes for over 20 years as an employment solicitor in private practice. Having always ensured my practice advised both sides I have a broad scope of expertise and balanced view of the employment relationship. As an academic I have maintained a high level of technical know-how which informs my work and ensures I keep up to date with the ever-changing legal landscape in this field.

I have always emphasised the value of early and informal resolution and avoided litigation wherever possible on behalf of my clients. I have seen the benefits of this time and again, whether from a financial, personal or reputational position. I have supported many of my employer clients with investigations, negotiations and mediations where conflict and allegations of wrongdoing have been raised.

I have always approached every situation with the utmost diligence, integrity and compassion. I have maintained throughout my years practising my values of respect, empathy and sensitivity, keeping a person-centred approach to even the most technical of issues.
