Workplace mediation and conflict resolution services.

From a breakdown between two colleagues to conflict across an entire team or between teams, workplace conflict takes many forms. Our expert mediators help organisations resolve it, confidentially and impartially

Expert workplace mediation, tailored to the situation.

Workplace conflict is rarely one size fits all, and neither is our response. We offer a full range of mediation services, from resolving a single relationship breakdown to working with dysfunction in a team or conflict between teams. Whatever the situation,we help you find the right intervention, not just the obvious one. Our mediators are an expert team with diverse experience. All are senior, accredited, and vastly experienced. They bring additional skillsets they have developed across legal work, occupational psychology, coaching and behavioural change. That blend means we understand both the legal risk and the human reality of workplace conflict.

Where a situation calls for a formal investigation rather than mediation, our workplace investigations service can help. When it’s not clear which is required, we offer a first assessment service.

Our mediation services

Workplace mediation

Our core mediation service works with two or more people whose working relationship has broken down. In a confidential, structured process, our mediators help participants hear and be heard, understand each other’s perspective and find a sustainable way forward. Faster, less disruptive and more restorative than formal process, it preserves working relationships where formal proceedings often cannot.

Facilitated conversations

Sometimes a skilled, independent facilitator is what moves things forward: a return to work conversation, a performance discussion between a manager and employee, or a sensitive team conversation that needs careful handling. We design and facilitate these conversations to be constructive, focused and led by outcomes, helping both parties put a concrete plan in place.

Settlement mediation

Where a potential claim exists, mediation can offer a faster, more cost effective and less damaging route to resolution than litigation. Our settlement mediations are led by experienced mediators with employment lawyers who understand the legal landscape and can help parties reach legally enforceable agreements that work for everyone.

Discovery

Team dynamics can go wrong in many ways: persistent conflict, a breakdown in trust, role/ function  conflicts, a culture that has become dysfunctional. Whatever the cause, the first step is understanding what is really happening. Our discovery phase gets to the root of it: what’s going wrong, what’s going right, and what’s keeping the team stuck. We use our expertise to make sense of the dynamics at play, to identify what needs to change, and how best to effect the change.

Working with dysfunctional teams

Building on what discovery reveals, we design and deliver targeted work to help teams move forward. We address the root causes rather than the symptoms, rebuilding trust, resetting working relationships and giving people practical ways to work better together.

Conflict coaching

One to one coaching that equips individuals, often managers, to understand their own responses to conflict, develop practical intervention skills and handle difficult dynamics with greater confidence. A powerful way to build conflict capability early, before issues escalate.

Retained mediation service

For organisations that want ongoing access to expert support, we offer a retained service: a fixed monthly or quarterly arrangement giving your HR and ER teams access to our mediators whenever they need them. Flexible, cost effective and available at short notice, so expert help is always within reach.

Mediation training

We train internal cohorts to give them the skills and confidence to hold facilitated conversations, giving organisations the capability to resolve conflict from within. Our training is practical and grounded in real workplace scenarios, and uniquely, we combine it with ongoing mentoring, buddying and support, so your newly trained facilitators aren’t left to navigate difficult situations alone. That continued support is what sets our programme apart.
