Jenny Harrison

Principal Consultant

I am a Principal Consultant at byrne·dean and have been part of the facilitation team since 2010. I design and deliver training, facilitation and culture transformation programmes that help organisations reduce people risk while strengthening employee engagement and performance.

My work focuses on workplace behaviour and leadership capability, particularly supporting speak-up and listen-up cultures and helping leaders and teams have proactive, effective conversations. I am especially interested in healthy conflict - addressing issues early and constructively, before they escalate.

Before joining byrne·dean, I spent a decade as an employment solicitor, including as an Associate at Mayer Brown International and in-house at B&Q plc. I bring this legal perspective into my facilitation, alongside coaching skills that support reflection, challenge and clearer decision-making.

I have delivered training and facilitated sessions globally across a wide range of sectors. Clients value my calm, engaging facilitation style and my ability to help leaders gain clarity and confidence when navigating complex people issues.
