Supporting employees through the menopause

We were disappointed to see the Government reject the proposal to introduce menopause leave pilots into workplaces, calling it “counterproductive.”

2022 saw the conversation around the menopause in the workplace open up to new levels. Our incredible partners at GenM are a colossal force driving this growing attention. It cannot just be a ‘hot topic’ of the moment to jump onto, we want to see more action in workplaces this year. 

Whilst the Government do indeed move at “glacial” speeds, here are our tips for how workplaces can take action now and support their staff - to the benefit of not only their people, but their business and bottom line.
