Thrive in the city - 27 November 2017

On 27 November venues across London will be playing host to a huge variety of events linked to mental health.  It is a free programme of events celebrating Mental Health in the City throughout the whole day. There are over 1,300 free spaces available to all workers and residents to attend sessions that support every aspect of your mental wellbeing ranging from inspiring talks and workshops to mental health first aid training, tai chi and massage.

Details of all the events are here on eventbrite.  Register early - they became available earlier today and many are already booked out.  byrne∙dean is proud to be supporting the initiative.  It is your chance to get involved, and with the range of practitioners involved there is sure to be something for everyone.     

Thrive in the City are passionate about creating a safe, creative, inspiring and physical space for workers and residents in the City of London. Outside of the normal working environment, the space will enable people to be who they are, create support networks and leave behind the stigma, hierarchy and pressures of everyday working life.
