Rachael Forsberg

Principal Consultant

I studied psychology at university and subsequently spent 11 years working in the field of Human Resources and Health & Safety, most recently working as a HR Project Director for a global medical technology business. I was part of the UK senior leadership team and lead global projects on employee engagement and high potential talent development so I developed a good understanding of leadership challenges and the commercial world. At the same time I experienced high levels of anxiety, insomnia and chronic fatigue and needed to reach out for help and support to rebuild my emotional wellbeing.

This experience spurred me into going back to my psychology roots and complete further training in the fields of mental health, wellbeing and sleep. I’m passionate about helping people to keep their minds fit and healthy. Having the right knowledge to spot the signs and symptoms of mental distress and how to go on to get help and support and build resilience is invaluable; I love training within organisations, sharing practical tools and strategies for individuals to do just that. I bring my passion for raising awareness around mental health in the workplace, my own lived experiences and a warm and engaging style to my seminars and training sessions.

We had lots of positive feedback from our people who really enjoyed how interactive and engaging the session was.
