A gift for Mental Health Awareness Week

Published on

We wanted to do something to help our clients raise awareness of #MHAW and this year's theme, so our mental health expert Rachael Forsberg has recorded this relaxation podcast. It is a chance to take a moment to pause and connect with our natural world; listening while going for a walk, sitting in the garden, or simply relaxing by an open window. We would love you to make it available to your whole organisation and encourage some time out in nature. We'd love to get your feedback.
