Navigating today's workspaces: colour and ethnicity

The appalling abuse being faced by members of the England Football Team today shows how far we are from the anti-racist society we need to create. It shows how much work we still have to do. byrne.dean stands with that team and with Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho, and Bukayo Saka. It is not okay to be silent. To be silent is to be complicit. We need to talk about this more in our homes, in our communities, in our schools and in our workplaces. We need to challenge when we know something is not right.

Fudia Smartt and Matt Dean have created a resource to support people to have better workplace conversations about race and ethnicity. It’s an 8-part Framework they’ve developed in collaboration over recent months. Today's events mean this feels like an important day to be sharing it. We really hope it might have a positive impact on people’s day-to-day reality in their workspaces.
