"A great facilitator, engaging and enthusiastic."
I joined byrne·dean in 2012 as one of the facilitation team. Now, I also have the title Head of Development. This covers product design, new thinking, and developing innovative approaches to training (including blended and digital learning).
I create and deliver training programmes to improve our clients’ workplaces. I work with senior leaders, HR, L&D and D&I professionals, teams and employees. My background as an employment lawyer means I bring knowledge of the legal and risk framework where needed.
My work is essentially about connecting with people, raising awareness and catalysing change. Whether you want to improve individual and team performance (make sure every employee is engaged, productive, and delivering at their best), manage risk (avoid legal, regulatory and compliance problems); raise leadership competence (enable them to lead more effectively); build skills and confidence (for effective communication and conflict resolution); or embed a culture founded on values and integrity, I design programmes and facilitate training that supports you.
