Alison Best

Director, Co-Head of Training

As Co-Head of Training, I support our team of facilitators alongside my Co-Head of Training, Richard Thompson. I also lead work on training design, incorporating new thinking, developments, and approaches to training (including blended and digital learning) across the business.

I create and deliver training programmes to improve our clients’ workplaces. I work with senior leaders, HR, L&D and D&I professionals, teams and employees. My background as an employment lawyer means I bring knowledge of the legal and risk framework where needed.

My work is essentially about connecting with people, raising awareness and catalysing change. Whether you want to improve individual and team performance (make sure every employee is engaged, productive, and delivering at their best),manage risk (avoid legal, regulatory and compliance problems); increase leadership competence (enable them to lead more effectively); build skills and confidence (for effective communication and conflict resolution);or embed a culture founded on values and integrity, I design programmes and facilitate training, to help meet your objectives.
